I have spent over 20 years working in finance across two continents. After graduating in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in Brazil, one of Latin America's leading business schools, I led finance teams and credit departments for multinational companies before moving to Australia in 2008.

I completed a Master of Commerce (Honours) in Finance at the University of Sydney, then joined McKinsey & Company as their banking specialist in Australia. Spending years inside the country's largest financial institutions gave me a clear picture of how the system works. And where it consistently falls short for ordinary borrowers. I started sharing that perspective with people close to me, helping them navigate their options, and saw how much it mattered to have someone in your corner who actually understood the numbers.

After leaving McKinsey I built businesses of my own and moved to the Gold Coast in 2022. The more embedded I became in the community here, the more I heard the same thing: people who wanted honest guidance on their home loan but didn't know who to ask. I started Nova Moon because I had the background to help and believed people deserved a straight answer. Not a pitch.
