How many Stars do I earn when I settle?+
You receive a welcome bonus of Stars at settlement. The exact amount depends on your loan size.
Do Stars expire?+
Stars earned through the anniversary program remain active as long as your loan is with Nova Moon. We will always give you fair notice before any changes to the program.
Which loan types are eligible?+
All home loans settled through Nova Moon qualify for Stars. This includes purchases, refinances, and investment loans.
How do I check my Stars balance?+
A client portal is on the way. Once it launches, your Stars balance will be visible there and you will be notified when access is ready.
Who are the community partner organisations?+
Our partners are organisations that members of our community already participate in, or organisations nominated and chosen by members. You know your community better than we do. We want the program to reflect that.
Do community partners have to be not-for-profit?+
No, but not-for-profits are our preference. What matters most is that the organisation has genuine ties to our community. If you want to nominate an organisation, get in touch.
Is there a cost to join?+
No. The Stars Program is included for every Nova Moon client at no extra cost.
